Limited 5-Year Warranty
Shep and Nancy Bryan Corporation dba Casoro Luxury Safes (“Casoro”) is confident in the quality of our safes and therefore hereby warrants that its safes will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
How Long Is The Limited Warranty?
Each safe, that is sold to an end-user who installs the safe at a location within the United States, is accompanied by a five (5) year limited warranty (“Warranty”) covering any part or component that is defective in materials and/or workmanship.
What Is Covered Under The Limited Warranty?
The Warranty period begins upon date of the safe’s departure from the Casoro manufacturing location, or 30 days after Casoro’s notification to Customer that their safe is ready to ship whichever is sooner. This Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship when the safe is installed and operated properly and in strict compliance with the installation and operation instruction. Improper installation and operation will void this Warranty.
At Casoro’s sole discretion, Casoro will repair the defective safe or part, or will deliver to the customer the same or comparable safe or part for replacement of the defective part, or if neither of the two previous options is reasonably available, Casoro may, at its own discretion, refund to you the reasonable cost of the defective part or the original purchase price paid for the defective safe as applicable. In no event shall Casoro liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.
In the event the safe or a component therein is repaired or replaced under this Warranty, the customer is solely responsible for the cost of removal, installation, labor, and shipping of both the original and replacement safes.
This warranty extends to the initial customer only and is non-transferable.
What Is Not Covered?
This Warranty does not cover any damage caused, or contributed, by any of the following: mishandling, misuse, neglect, water, moisture, fire, excessive heat, tampering, improper installation, removal and/or reinstallation, relocation, failure to follow instructions, modifications, tampering, forceful entry or attempted forceful entry into the safe, and/or attempted repair or repair by anyone other than a pre-authorized service dealer.
This Warranty does not cover any visible damages caused during shipping and handling. If there is any visible damage to the safe, the shipping crate or if the Shock Watch indicator has fired red, then you must reject delivery and write on the delivery receipt the details of the visible damage or issue. You agree that the failure to reject the safe based on any visible damage or nonconformity at the time of delivery will constitute your unequivocal acceptance of the safe and acknowledgment that there was no visible defect, nonconformity, or problem with the safe upon delivery.

An authorized Casoro representative must provide written approval of a Warranty claim. All repairs must be approved by a Casoro representative before any warranty repair can be completed. If a warranty repair is completed prior to obtaining approval and a work order number from Casoro, Casoro reserves the right to refuse payment to the service provider or reimbursement to the customer for any unauthorized repairs.
Warranty Disclaimer And Limitations
At no time will the Warranty cover more than the original purchase price of the safe. At no time will Casoro become liable for the cost of installation and/or removal of a Casoro safe or the value of any contents or valuables that may be stored in any Casoro safe.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED.
CASORO SHALL NOT BE SUBJECT TO ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES. CASORO NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE AND USE OF THIS CASORO SAFE.
CASORO WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE TO THE INITIAL CONSUMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY CASORO SAFE.
NO ONE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTIES ON BEHALF OF CASORO. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
